Checking-in

The ASR Telephony Checking-in procedure is done according the following protocol:

 

(User dials the provided ASR number and after 2 long tones the automated system will pickup the call).

 

  1. System: please enter your database ID number followed by the “pound” key. User: enters the provided unique database ID number and presses #.
  2. System: Enter your employee ID number followed by the “pound” key. User: enters the ID and presses #.
  3. System: Enter your password followed by the “pound” key. User: enters password and press #.
  4. System: press 1 for check in or 2 for check out.. User: enters “1” for check-in
  5. System: please enter the visit's customer ID number followed by the “pound” key. User: enters the customer ID and presses #.
  6. System: “Please wait”.
  7. In case of a successful check-in: system:“you successfully checked in. You can hang up or press 9 more for the main menu”. User: hangs up
  8. In case of an error (invalid visit, invalid timing): system: there are no visits available for the specified visit at this time. User: transferred back to the main menu.
  9. In case of an error (invalid phone use): system: the telephone you are trying is invalid. Please make sure that you use client' telephone and try again. User: transferred back to the main menu.
