Checking-out
The ASR Telephony Checking-out procedure is done according the following
protocol:
(User dials the provided ASR number and after 2 long tones the automated
system will pickup the call).
- System: please enter your database ID number followed by the “pound”
key. User: enters the provided unique
database ID number and presses #.
- System: Enter your employee ID number followed by the “pound” key. User: enters the ID and presses #.
- System: Enter your password followed by the “pound” key.
User: enters password and press #.
- System: press 1 for check in or 2 for check out..
User: enters “2” for check-out.
- System: “Checking-out, Please wait”.
- In case of a successful check-out (not PRN tasks): system:“you
successfully checked out. You can hang up or press 9 more for the
main menu”. User: hangs up
- In case of an error (invalid visit, invalid timing): system: there
are no visits available for check-out at this time. User: transferred
back to the main menu.
- In case of an error (invalid phone use): system: the telephone
you are trying is invalid. Please make sure that you use client' telephone
and try again. User: transferred back to the main menu.
- In case of a successful check-out (with PRN tasks): system: Please
key in the PRN TASK ID followed by the pound key or key in star when
finished entering the PRN Tasks.
User: enters task ID number of the PRN task.
- <Repeat step 9 until user enters "*">
- System: Thank you. The CHECK OUT is now complete. User: transferred
to the main menu.
