Listening to Voice Messages

If there are Voice Messages for the calling user, the user will be transferred to the Messages Menu instead of the Main Check-in/out menu. Listening to the messaging is done according to the following protocol:

  1. System: <reads the number of the new and old messages>. User: presses 1 to listen to the first new message.
  2. System: Message received on <message date and time> from <sender name>. The message is as follows: <reads the message>. User: transferred to the Messages Menu.
  3. <Repeat step 2 for every new message>
  4. If user selects 2 from the messages menu: System: "Press 2   to listen to the next old message. Press 3  to go to the messages menu. Press 4 to go to the main menu." User: selects 2, 3, or 4.
  5. System: if user selected 2: plays next old message. If user selected 3: transfers the user to the Messages Menu. If user selected 4 transfers the user to the main Check-in/out menu.

Please note, the user will not be able to get to the main Check-in/out menu until all new voice messages are listened to by the user.
