There are several notifications that can be optionally displayed as blinking icons by ASR at the bottom of the main screen called The Notification Bar. Each notification can be turned on or off by each ASR user in the Configuration Screen.
Customer Reviews Due.
Example:
This reminder indicates how many customers are there awaiting a review. The total number is supplemented with how many reviews are already overdue and how many of the customers awaiting review are suspended.
Employees Reviews Due.
Example:
This reminder indicates how many employees are there awaiting a review. The total number is supplemented with how many reviews are already overdue.
Customer File Audit Reviews
Example:
This reminder indicates how many customers are there awaiting file audit review. The total number is supplemented with how many reviews are already overdue.
Late check-ins.
Example:
This reminder indicates how many check-ins are currently late. Details include count of late reviews for each priory level. Settings of how many minutes is considered "late" for each priority level are available in the Configuration Screen.
Open Incidents.
Example:
This reminder indicates how many unresolved incidents are currently recorded in ASR. The incidents are recorded in the Communication Log tab of the Customers Screen.
Unresolved File Audit findings.
Example:
This reminder indicates how many File Audit Findings are there recorded in ASR. The total number represents total of customers and employees findings with individual details supplemented. The file audit findings are recorded in the Communication Log tab of the Customers Screen or the Employees Screen.
Employees birthdays approaching.
Example:
This reminder indicates how many employees' birthdays are approaching.
Employee's Certification & Training (C&T) Expiring.
Example:
This reminder indicates how many employees' C&T items have expired or are approaching expiration. Users with Administrative privileges can set how many days before actual expiration of each C&T the reminder will start flashing in the Configuration Screen (by setting the "Days Prior to C&T Expiration Reminder" variable).
