ASR Telephony Overview

One of the core features of ASR is ASR Telephony. ASR Telephony allows the company's employees make visit check-ins and check-outs using the standard telephone. Any telephone set can be used. More over, ASR may force using only the client's telephone if such desired by the company (see details on setting up the Tasks Assignments).

 

Each ASR client company is given a telephone number or a set of telephone numbers that the company's employees can use during the calls. Also, each ASR client company is assigned a unique "Database ID" that the company employees must use during these calls.

 

Every employee is assigned a numeric login number and a numeric password that must be used during the check-in/out calls by every employee. These numbers are setup for each employee on the Employees screen, "Telephony" tab of the screen's Employee Details section.
